| DIVING LEROS
Leros is a small island situated along the cost of Turkey, above the island Kos.
Because Leros is a vulcanic island, the visibility of the water is very high.
You can see clearely to 30- 45 meters deep.
In the bays, waters around the island there are many ancient wraks remained from the Second Wold War.
There are also numberous of underwater caves.
The watertemperature
is 20/21 degrees in May-June,
23/24 degrees in July-August
and 24/26 degrees in September-Oktober.
CAMPING & DIVINGCLUB LEROS 
Diving Information
All dives are accompanied by the C.M.A.S instructor Panos Sideris,
who has 20 jears of worldwide diving experience.
The dives take place from a GRP-boat (28 feet, 165 horse power) and a new little boot.
 
All diving equipment is available to be hired at the club.
Camping Leros: 
The camping is situated in the southern part of the island Leros,
about 500 metres from the bay of Xerocampos.
The campside is covered with olive trees. There is the posibility to have breakfast and dinner
in the camping restaurant.
For people that do not want to stay in a tent on the campside,
there is the possibility to stay in one of the bungalows situated on camping of Xerocampos.
The bungalows are including shower, toilet and refridgerator.
There is the possibility to have breakfast and dinner or to hire a motorbike
and mountainbike on the spot.
Hotel "Villa Alexandros"
This hotel is situated 200 mtr from the camping Xerocampos and
300 mtr from the bay of Xerocampos.

For two persons 40 Euro per night
For three persons 55 Euro per night

How to come to the island Leros?:
Leros ( the island of the guns of Navarone)can be reached by charterflights
going to Kos or Samos, from where you take a short boattrip to Leros,
or there is a dailey Ferry boat leaving from Piraius (harbour of Athens)
going directly to the island Leros.
